At Sri International College, we value transparency and student satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure clarity regarding admission-related payments.

📌 Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are applicable only for admission cancellation requests made in writing within the stipulated timeline as per the college and affiliating body norms.

• The admission/registration fee is non-refundable once the seat is confirmed.

• Tuition fees may be refunded partially, depending on the stage of withdrawal and notice given before course commencement.

📅 Important Conditions:

• Cancellation before session start: Eligible for partial refund after deducting processing charges.

• Cancellation after session begins: No refund applicable.

• Application or document fees are non-refundable in all cases.

📬 How to Apply for a Refund:

Students must submit a written request to the Admission Cell with:

• Reason for withdrawal

• Original payment receipts

• Bank account details for refund processing

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 45–90 working days from the date of approval. All the refund files are observe by syndicate members during joint body meeting every half yearly or yearly as for scheduled.
